Red Land Motel

This is a quaint, well managed little old motel. If you have occasion to be in Washington its a steal.

I am regular guest at the Red Land and have been for sometime and it's a lovely place to stay! I love it. The staff always make me feel at home. Great people. So I was troubled by a recent review by a so called 'guide' Ok Peter F. His entire post is all lies! I happen to be there when this incident took place. He was so rude to! There was no ant infestation, the room is he was in, I've stayed in and it's a nice, clean, well kept. And I noticed he was happy with the room until his dog didn't have enough sense to not get covered in ants. Sir! It's the owners responsibility to keep their oet safe! If the ant beds were so 'huge' as you claim then why did you let your dog lay in it? And was it necessary for you to behave the way you did to the staff even tho they were going above and beyond trying to make YOU happy? The way you treated a lady was enough to make me sick and they did refund you half!!! Lies! Lies! Lies! That's all your review is and your conduct that I witnessed, was some of the worst human behavior I've ever seen! Shame on you! I am demanding that Google removes you and your post immediatly. I reported the post and I want everyone to disregard that review and know that the Red Land Motel is a great place to stay.

Excellent customer service from the man who takes care of the motel. My kids and I were stranded on our way home. It was around 1-2am, and though the motel hours were 7am - 10pm, the lights were on and the office was open, but no one was at the desk. I called the number and a woman answered. I appeared to have woken her. She told me someone would be out shortly. A nice man checked us in, even provided a "hardship" discount. Room was old, but clean. Beds extremely comfortable to 3 exhausted individuals. As we were getting settled in, my kids overheard the woman make a rude comment to the man about checking us in after hours. The man stood up for us saying, "what was I supposed to do, leave them out there?" No, he wasn't, he did the right thing. And I am grateful to him, otherwise we'd be sleeping in the car. The next morning the man continued to show hospitality by offering breakfast and a place to wait, as I waited for a tow. I highly recommend Red Land Motel.

Remodeled and worth checking out. Damon is a great host and goes beyond the duties of front desk/reception.

The rooms were very clean they were so pet friendly with no nice

The owner is great to talk to. Really "Down to Earth". He'll offer you anything he has so you'll feel as comfortable as possible. Coffee is so great. He will go out his way to make sure you have your food to your room. Best motel owner I've came in contact with. And what a great night sleep with peace. No disturbance.

Has always been super nice to me. Pool was really clean. Kool group of kids out there. Room very clean. New everything looks like. It's a home away from home.

Redland is under new management office hours are now from 9am-5pm the only time the door goes locked will be after 5pm and you can ring the bell and someone will be with you in just a few short minutes. Redland is doing a lot of changes with the new management. We apologize if anyone had a bad experience.
